We recommend beginning with an Intake Session & chakra reading online, though in-person sessions are better for ongoing deeply reconnecting energy work. Please note that energy work is NOT included in clinical / insurance sessions.
NOTE: To discuss insurance-paid evidence-based clinical therapy Telehealth or clinical in-person work in GA, click the Psychology Today button on the bottom of the page. For self-pay clinical talk therapy, we can discuss options if you don’t want to use insurance.

01: Online &/or In-person Sessions:
To pre-pay for multiple sessions, group work, or workshops, please discuss with Ellen.
I speak with your guides, Spirit/soul, body/mind, all energies, & your Chakra stories & status. The perfect complement is the EMDR Traum healing work, which will be done organically in tandem with the Chakra work. *The Reconnection of the Core Lines under the Chakras may take up to 3 hours – & the prep of connecting the Chakras/EMDR is not always possible in under 12 hours (everyone has a different baseline). The Core Star Line Reconnection work must be done in person.
Prepare to feel deep, powerful healing shifts: relief, relaxation… becoming more clear, calm, centered, grounded, present, empowered – & more connected with Spirit guidance/intuition.
As an Intuitive I feel/ see/ hear your Chakra stories & status. We’ll address current status… family of origin ancestral / cumulative trauma events, boundary violations, communication issues – what got stuck & why; provide needed support. The goal is to integrate the innocence & other lost aspects of self, & reconnect the energies. The work is a conversation on many levels… feedback, questions, follow-up are key to successful progress!
1: 1-hour Stand-Alone Session: $400.00
A 1/2 hr intro Energy tune up is $250. Follow up or stand alone sessions will focus on your needs, identify imbalances, & may include:
Intuitive, Spiritual~Life Counseling, Holistic Therapy, Restorative Reiki/Energy healing, Meridian work, Substance energy testing, Eden Energy Medicine Method (EEM), Past Life Regression. See below for more options.
1a: 1.5 hour Intake Session
$500.00
1.5 hour Intake, which includes a review & assessment of the filled out Intake form.
Review Intake form/process, review a plan for treatment. Ellen will check & assess your Energy systems & do an Energy Flow evaluation. Basic breath-work & alignment is addressed. Experience improved energy flow, with Chakra work, Meridian, Aura, Energy Tapping, etc.
Used together for a longer Intake session. *Session must be pre-paid (see above).
1b: 12 hour Multi-Session Discount, prepaid: Office, Phone/Online
Discuss options with Ellen…
The 12 hour, multi-session prepaid discount includes 12 hours of session time, typically using 1.5 to 3 hours at a time. Email & text check-ins/follow-up included. This is also a good option for groups & families.
Purchase is available after Intake, or Intake + 1 Special, prepaid session. Ellen has experienced a minimum of 10-12 hours worth of sessions, post-Intake is typically required for Energy balance in all systems – a complete reset & deep trauma healing.
Doing the work on all the Chakras creates deeper stability & inner resilience against future trauma/shock

2a: EMDR/Energy Tapping In-Office Session: $400.00
1 hour session/hourly rates apply. Do you get triggered by the past? Balance Meridians, healing past pain, emotions, & energy habits. Ellen’s intuitive process, which combines working with your guides & helpers, tapping or eye movements … & includes some EFT protocols – helps you feel/see the past in new ways, let in healing, let go of & shift old ineffective thoughts, emotions & body sensations. The Intake, or Intake + 1 is required to move forward in this process.
Learn how Energy Tapping can help you heal! This can be an add-on to the Energy work.
2b: Bach Flower In-Office Session
1 hour session/hourly rates apply. Includes personal remedy, & individual supportive measures handout. Regular stand-alone rate applies if you don’t include the remedy. Flower essences are similar to homeopathic formulas. Please read my article on this topic! This 60 minute session determines what of 38 essences + a few FES options are most relevant for you. Supportive measures will be discussed.
If you have 5+ essences checked on your self-test (sent via email), this work will bring great clarity & insight. This can be an add-on to the Energy work.
2c: Family/Animal Communication Session
$400.00
Regular session rate (travel fee may be added). Phone, online, in office, or in your home.
I work with the family members, & their pets: bring balance to your family pet & causes for distress. We address energy/relationship issues for your: cat, dog, horse, bunny, etc.
Reduce pain, increase health, healing & loving communication for you with your furry (&/or non-furry) family!

2c+: Travel fee for private sessions
$50.00
For travel outside my area of my area, to your location for Holistic Therapy, Energy Medicine/Reiki, Psychological Intuitive/Spiritual Counseling, &/or Animal Communication / Energy sessions. Per each 15-20 minutes beyond my area. Contact Ellen to discuss.

Inner Journey Workshop
This 6 hour workshop (with a one-hour break, and two-15 minute breaks) includes relaxing Yoga/deep trauma healing Energy Exercise, Breathwork, movement warm up; + time for personal & group processing, & a deep healing, Divine connection meditation; Q & A as time allows. Space is limited.
Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, a blanket &/or yoga mat. Wear loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing – layers are recommended.
